About

Anna Palamar

ICF ACC Certified Coach

I spent over a decade improving systems, processes, and teams in Tech. Then I realised that the most complex system I'd ever encountered was a person trying to figure out what they actually want.

That's when it started shifting for me.

  • 60+ professionals coached
  • 150+ hours of coaching practice
  • 68% felt unstuck within 1–2 sessions
  • 5/5 client satisfaction

My story

I know what it feels like to perform a version of yourself that no longer fits. To wake up exhausted — not from doing too much, but from carrying the wrong thing for too long.

To lose the fog of knowing yourself. To stop recognising your own answers to the simplest questions: why am I doing this? Where am I going? To become short with the people around you — not because you're unkind, but because something inside is running on empty. To feel like an imposter in a role others think you were made for.

I've been there. As a Ukrainian expat rebuilding my life in the Netherlands — first during Covid, then again after a pause and maternity leave. As someone who said no to a career that looked right on paper and walked into the uncertainty of starting over. More than once.

That feeling — the one that tells you something has to change — is a signal, not a failure. I've also come to understand something else: changing companies doesn't always mean leaving the same patterns behind. You bring your behaviours and ways of thinking with you wherever you go. And it's exactly where our work begins.

My background in Tech taught me something that turns out to be just as true for people as it is for systems: the presenting problem is rarely the real one. What looks like procrastination is usually fear. What looks like indecision is usually an unmet need that hasn't been named yet. What looks like a career question is often an identity one.

I work with professionals in transition — people who are stuck not because they lack direction, but because overthinking, self-doubt, and emotional overload are drowning it out. Through structured coaching, reflective dialogue, and shared accountability, we cut through the noise together — so what you already know becomes something you can actually act on.

My philosophy: Adapt. Own. Progress — at your own pace.

How I work

My approach combines coaching with psychology — we don't just set goals and track progress. We look at what's underneath: the patterns, the beliefs, the inner scripts quietly shaping your decisions.

I use Transactional Analysis together with the ICF framework because it helps you recognise patterns, increase self-awareness, and develop new strategies aligned with your goals. It helps you see yourself — not as broken, but as someone who learned certain ways of navigating the world that no longer serve you. From there, you can choose differently.
